Export BPMN Model

Export The Process Modeler’s object model can  be exported into various other formats using the menu Process->Diagram->Export…. There you will find this dialog: here you can choose your target export format, currently it is possible to export your file to BPMN 2.0 XML, HTML, RCM (Risk Control Matrix) and Work Description. Publish & Export

Publish & Export The backstage menu of process modeler consolidates functionalities to publish and export diagrams under the point Publish & Export. Depending on the BPMN version you used to model (BPMN 1.2 or BPMN 2.0) you are able to export diagrams into BPMN XML, XPDL, BPEL (among others), create customized reports in MS Excel or MS Word or publish a diagram in HTML for web publication.

Make Identicals

Make Identicals Use this dialog to make multiple elements identical to each other. If there are multiple elements of the same type and with the same name, you can set them to be all identical by selecting one element from the list which will serve as the base element. All other shapes will be merged into the selected base element, inheriting its attributes.

Attach Partner

Attach Partner Using this form, a partner for a link on-page or off-page can be assigned. The assigned partner may already have partners. In that case, these partners also become partners of the original link event automatically.

You first select an organization model in which a business, organization structures (Organization) and roles (Role) were defined. Advanced Element Search

Advanced Element Search Use this dialog to enter search criteria other than name for searches. You may search by keywords that were assigned to an item. Separate multiple keywords with a semicolon. You may also enter other criteria like Author, Version or Last modification date. Enter a specific folder manually or click on “…” to select a folder from a separate dialog.
