If you want to show the same process steps (eg, an activity or a pool) at different points in one process, or even in different processes, you don’t have to define it each time a new.  BPMN 2.0 gives you the suitable feature which is completely and best supported by Process Modeler.  With the reuse of elements two approaches can be distinguished:

Reusing elements: BPMN 2.0 provides for call activities (global tasks and callable subprocesses), data objects and data storage which are global elements and defined only once (stored in the XML representation of your BPMN 2.0 diagram). Declaring elements identical: In an integrated process landscapes you will use the same pools (processes/process participants) and lanes (roles) in different diagrams over and over again.
